I was called onsite to replace a 5G Modem. The device was not working properly, and the customer was experiencing a loss of internet connectivity. I arrived on-site and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty modem. I replaced the modem with a new one and tested the connection to ensure it was working properly. The customer was very grateful for my quick and efficient service, and I was able to resolve the issue within a few hours.
